So, we've had a lot of family and friends begin blogging and thought that it must be time for us to do the same.

We won't update a lot, because I'm just that lazy. But we will try to update about once every week or two.

Neils and Jen are both 33 this year. Karen has turned 4 and Michael is now 2 years old. Both toddlers in the true sense of the word. They keep mom running all day, but are learning to play together when they're not fighting. Our days are full of cleaning, playing, learning and watching Disney and PBS. We have fun.

We are making a big life change. We have put our first starter home up for sale and are looking for a home to live in for the next 10-20 years. But in this buyers market it might take a while before we can sell ours. But the search is on for the right house for our family and our needs. Karen will be starting preschool this fall. She's really excited to be going to school. Michael would love to go with her, but I don't think he would be able to sit still for that long. Michael is finally learning to speak really short sentences, although grunting and crying still figure into his speech more than words, but we're working on it. Karen thinks this is cool and trys to speak in 2-3 word sentences too and doesn't understand why it won't work for her.
