It's ours! (kinda)
Wonderful news! Our offer has been accepted on the house! There are a couple of stipulations like we have to sell our house and they will keep theirs on the market until we get a bid on our house. So we've lowered the price of our house to $207,000 to try to get more attention and we will be having open houses and the like for the next couple of weeks to try to get our home sold quickly! We are excited, but anxious at the same time since nothing is set until we sell our house. But that's how the housing business goes, right? Pray for us and send anyone you know that is buying a house our way. Thanks!

ok we soooooooo live in the wrong area! an average house (even townhouse) is 450,000 + depressing! guess thats why were not home owners yet! but we do love vancouver!
